The following provisions are intended to provide information on the processing of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), in particular taking into account the information obligations under Art. 12 to 14 GDPR and to provide information on the rights of data subjects under the GDPR in accordance with Art. 15 to 22 and Art. 34 GDPR.
According to the GDPR, "personal data" is any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual (e.g. your name, address, telephone number or date of birth). Information about how you use this or other websites may also be personal data.

Your rights as a data subject

You have the right

  • - to obtain information about your personal data stored by us and its processing (Art. 15 GDPR).
  • - to rectification of incorrect, inaccurate and/or incomplete personal data (Art. 16 GDPR).
  • - to the immediate erasure of your personal data stored by us if one of the reasons listed in Art. 17 GDPR applies.
  • - to restrict data processing if your data may not yet be deleted due to statutory retention obligations (Art. 18 GDPR). If you do not want us to collect any more data from you or contact you in future, we will store a corresponding blocking note in our system.
  • - to obtain the data concerning you that you have provided to us in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR and the right to request its transfer to other controllers named by you.
  • - to object to the processing of your data by us (Art. 21 GDPR).
  • - to revoke any consent you have given in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR with effect for the future.
  • - to lodge a complaint at datenschutz@kaeser.com or with a competent supervisory authority in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes data protection regulations (Art. 77 GDPR).

We process your personal data in accordance with the applicable statutory data protection requirements for the purposes listed below:
This website represents a telemedia service. As a telemedia service provider in accordance with Section 13 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), we are obliged to inform the website visitor at the beginning of the usage process about the type, scope and purpose of the collection, use and disclosure of personal data.
Protecting your privacy when processing personal data and the security of all business data is important to us. We treat personal data collected during your visit to our website confidentially and, of course, in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Collection and processing of data

When you visit our website, our web server stores the IP address of your internet service provider by default. We also record the website from which you visit us, the date and duration of your visit, the type of internet browser and the operating system you are using. We collect this data for statistical purposes, to diagnose server problems and to improve our Internet service.

This website uses Google Analytics

Use and disclosure of personal data

For some services and information on our website (e.g. online application, registration for the newsletter or seminars, use of the contact form), we need to receive personal data from you, such as your name, address or email address. We only collect such data if it is necessary to process your enquiry. Your enquiries and the data and information contained therein will be forwarded internally to company employees or companies commissioned by us (e.g. trading partners) who will support us in processing your enquiry. Your personal data will not be passed on to other third parties. The sale or rental of data is excluded. We store a small amount of personal data for support and marketing purposes, insofar as this is permitted by law. You can object to the use and storage of your data at any time at kundendaten.deutschland@kaeser.com. As Kaeser Kompressoren SE is a globally active company, it may be necessary to forward your personal data to local subsidiaries or sales partners whose registered office may also be located outside the European Economic Area in order to better process your request. Duration of storage

The duration of storage of personal data is based on the respective statutory retention periods or, if none exist, on internal specifications. After this period has expired, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, provided it is no longer required for the fulfilment or initiation of the contract and/or we no longer have a legitimate interest in its continued storage.
